Gold Coast Holdings partners with an Australian real estate consulting group

The urban area located in Long Dien, Ba Ria - Vung Tau spans up to 1,300 hectares, including one of the largest water surface areas in the region. The first subdivision, Limassol, covers more than 36.2 hectares, comprising 900 products designed in Mediterranean style. The ecological space includes nearly 12 hectares of water surface and more than 4 hectares of greenery. The subdivision is expected to accommodate about 3,500 residents.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Nguyễn Việt Thung, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gold Coast Holdings, the project developer, said that Ba Ria - Vung Tau was chosen to develop a mega-urban area because the locality has many advantages and potential. He highlighted three main advantages. Firstly, the province has a strategic location adjacent to economic centers such as Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, forming one of the strongest development triangles in the South.

The second factor is transportation infrastructure. A series of key projects such as the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway, Long Thanh Airport, and Ring Road projects create a seamless connection system, increasing real estate value in the long term.

"With a solid foundation and vision, we believe that Ba Ria - Vung Tau is a potential market, an ideal destination to develop world-class urban projects, capturing the trend of population decentralization as well as tourism economic development," said Mr. Nguyễn Việt Thung.

Ms. Phạm Tôn Nữ Diễm Xuân, Southern Regional Business Director of Gold Coast Holdings, hopes the project will contribute to changing the urban landscape, improving quality of life, and contributing to local economic and tourism development. According to her, with the positioning as an international coastal tourism city and a water surface area of up to 300 hectares, the urban area will become a destination for both domestic and international tourists, thereby creating jobs and contributing to local economic growth.

In particular, Boulevard 68, the central trade axis of the Gold Coast Vung Tau project, will be extended to connect with the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway. This key transport project is expected to be operational this year, shortening the travel time from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau to about 60 minutes.

With its gateway location and positioning as an international tourism city, the developer aims to harmonize living - working - entertainment - leisure factors for all ages. The project focuses on four pillars of amenities, including: an international trade center; international knowledge and technology hub; international sports and entertainment; and an international wellness center.

The international tourism city is also located near Long Thanh International Airport, expected to begin phase 1 operations in 2026 with a capacity of 25 million passengers per year. Once operational, the project has the opportunity to attract international visitors, drive residential and investment demand, and boost commercial services and leasing.
